Ian Morris, President and Chief Executive
Officer
Ian Morris has been a leader in the real estate
industry for more than a decade. Before joining Market Leader,
Morris ran MSN HomeAdvisor, Microsoft's online real estate business,
a business that he helped launch in 1997. Before launching
HomeAdvisor, Ian held a variety of Internet marketing, business
development, and operations positions at Microsoft, including
responsibility for MSN's partnership marketing efforts. Ian has been
a frequent keynote speaker at major real estate and mortgage
industry conferences, and was rated 'One of the Real Estate
Industry's Most Influential People' by Realtor® Magazine. He
received the Inman Innovator Award from Inman News in 2004.
Ian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and
has previously held product management positions in the financial
services industry.

Jacqueline L. Davidson, Chief Financial
Officer
Jacqueline L. Davidson serves as the company's
Chief Financial Officer and has been with Market Leader since
November of 2004. She has over 20 years in senior financial roles
for public and private companies, accumulating significant financial
management, business development and M&A experience. Prior to
joining Market Leader, Davidson served as the Chief Financial
Officer of a $100 million regional supermarket chain. Davidson's
experience includes her role as Vice President of Finance for the
Cobalt Group, an online marketing business serving the automotive
industry. Davidson is a CPA who began her career with eight years at
Price Waterhouse. She is a graduate of Washington State University
with a BA in Business Administration.

Robert Bill, Vice President and General
Manager of Broker Services
Bob Bill joins Market Leader to accelerate growth
of its broker services business, leveraging RealtyGenerator, a
business acquired in 2007. Bill has more than twenty years of
experience as a leader in the real estate technology, brokerage and
corporate relocation industries. In his most recent role at
MarketLinx/First American, he worked directly with the largest real
estate companies and organizations in developing enterprise
technology solutions to position them for continued success. Bill
has direct experience in managing one of the nation's largest real
estate companies, Baird & Warner Real Estate in Chicago, while also
building high growth companies in the real estate franchising and
corporate relocation industries. Bill's expertise is in identifying
and growing new markets and developing industry best practices
through technology. Bill holds a Bachelors of Business
Administration degree from University of Missouri.

Scott Smith, Vice President of Business
Strategy and Products
Scott Smith currently serves as Vice President of
Business Strategy and Products driving operational and business
planning as well as product management for Market Leader. In
addition, Smith oversees Market Leader’s sales and marketing
efforts. Previously, Smith served as Vice President of Customer
Operations and Advocacy for Market Leader from August 2002 until
September 2007 and was responsible for the delivery of
customer-focused initiatives both internally and externally. Prior
to joining Market Leader, Smith spent 14 years at Microsoft creating
new market opportunities for Windows and launching internet consumer
businesses including Sidewalk.com and HomeAdvisor.com. Smith serves
on the Board of Directors for the Warren Miller Freedom Foundation,
which educates young people on business ethics and entrepreneurship.
Smith holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Eastern
Washington University.

Thad Westhusing, Vice President of
Advertising and Network Development
Thad Westhusing joined Market Leader in April 2009
as Vice President of Advertising and Network Development to direct
the company’s consumer marketing to qualified home buyers and
sellers. Westhusing subsequently assumed leadership of a technology
team focused on designing, developing, and deploying innovative
solutions to benefit Market Leader’s real estate professional
customers. Westhusing has over twenty years of leadership experience
from a variety of industry sectors, including eleven years at
Microsoft, where he led product management and customer experience
efforts for MSN’s portal, search, and media services. Westhusing
holds a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from
the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
