POSITION
SUMMARY:
This position works closely
with our sales organization, partners and enterprise customers to
develop the most compelling and cost effective go-to-market
strategies; applies proven marketing and communication techniques to
generate revenue and increase Market Leader’s brand awareness with
partners and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have
demonstrated success in increasing a company’s brand awareness,
public relations efforts, and creating effective partner marketing
programs through a variety of channels.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS:
Manage
Partner & Brand Awareness Marketing Campaigns (50%):
-
Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies
-
Own marketing campaigns
focused on increased Brand Awareness and Enterprise Partner(s)
marketing from beginning to end, including concept development,
coordinating creative, communications, working with external
partners and organizing sales and operations resources.

Partner with internal
stakeholders to define marketing program requirements that are
in-line with overall partner and brand awareness marketing
strategies.

Define and track performance of campaigns
-
Manage campaign budgets and forecasts.

Grow internal mailing list.
Communication Efforts (30%):
Marketing
Analysis (15%):
-
Provide regular campaign reports to internal
stakeholders, including senior management.
-
Provide recommendations and champion action
derived from analysis.
-
Perform ad-hoc analysis of marketing efforts
using campaign results, demographic data, and additional
sources.
-
Use knowledge gained through analysis to
provide insight on forecasting, budgeting and marketing
direction
Continually work to develop and/or improve efficiencies in internal
marketing operations processes (5%)

Some travel required

Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5+ years experience in
marketing communication and brand awareness programs utilizing a
variety of channels in order to increase sales and brand
awareness.
Focus includes public relations
efforts, direct mail , email, and partner-sponsored trade shows
and conferences.

Demonstrated Partner Marketing experience
managing relationships and successfully executing on programs.

Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred or
equivalent year for year experience.

Knowledge of the real estate industry ideal,
but not required

Possess strong understanding of the financial
and numbers side of marketing

Must have great creative energy
-
Exceptional written and oral communication
skills

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and
deliverables

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
PHYSICAL
ACTIVITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Regularly uses PC & phone equipment.

Regularly communicates with all levels of
employees, vendors and enterprise customers, and meets
internally with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
