OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - Temporary Assignment

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Operations team, as well as  Sales administration functions.  These tasks include order entry, account review, sales processes, customer operations and retention support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Record keeping for daily and monthly activity to include data entry of sales contracts; maintaining activity reports for customer operations.

  • Document account changes in multiple systems

  • Enter new subscriptions; quality control agreements for accuracy

  • Assist with billing related issues

  • Assist with account review and ensure all agreements are accounted for in accordance with SOX requirements.

  • Assist with various customer operations and sales procedures including locating subscriber agreements

  • Assign cancel requests and process all cancellation s requests

  • Distribute warm leads using established process

  • Assist Account Executives in procedures relating to sales contracts, prospecting and sales policies

  • Maintain supplies; ensure floor is stocked with supplies and equipment.

  • Assist Senior Operations Specialist as needed

  • Provide back up phone and receptionist for Front Desk during peak times and breaks

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience

  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience in utilizing multiple internal systems simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Able to thrive in a high growth environment where change is constant

  • Demonstrate ability in detail-oriented environment

  • Able to interact professionally and effectively with customers and all levels of the Market Leader organization

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities in a fast paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Background check required

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Regularly uses PC & phone equipment.

  • Regularly communicates with employees internally

  • Regularly opens, reviews, prepares and organizes paperwork & online documents.
